Self-cleaning filter

1、 Overview

After the air containing dust is inhaled by the aerodynamic equipment, it will cause wear of the equipment. The inhaled dust will scale on the surface of the fan blade, resulting in the decline of the dynamic balance accuracy of the rotor in the equipment, greatly reducing its working life. The harmful chemical components in the dust will cause rust and corrosion of the equipment. Therefore, the air power equipment shall be equipped with high-precision air filter.

The self-cleaning air filter is improved and perfected according to the inlet requirements of similar air compressors at home and abroad. At present, the product performance meets the inlet requirements of industrial gas turbine, blast furnace air compressor, etc.

2、 Scope of application

1. For various types of air compressor stations in various industries, multiple small capacity compressors can be used together, and one large capacity compressor can be used together.

3、 Product features

1. This product can solve the secondary pollution by adding a dust collecting box and a dust-proof net at the bottom according to the user's requirements, and flushing with water for dust removal.

2. The equipment is controlled by an intelligent distributor. There are three self-cleaning methods, namely (1) timing; (2) Differential pressure; (3) Manual.

3. This equipment can realize the automatic cleaning of air filter elements, so that the equipment can operate normally without affecting the normal operation of other filter elements.

4. It can work normally under the relative humidity of 99+1%.

5. Large filtering area, low flow rate, small resistance loss, and liquid crystal display resistance loss.

6. The filter element has a long service life. Under general environmental conditions, the replacement cycle of filter elements can reach about 2 years.

7. High degree of automation, the main components are imported, which can realize unmanned operation.

8. The air consumption for back blowing is small, generally 0.1~0.3m3/min (suction state); The pressure is 0.4~0.6Mpa.

9. The equipment is light, 1/3-1/2 of the same capacity of the bag type.

10. The design is reasonable, realizing the design without bending pipe, and the high-rise building block combination type is convenient and fast for installation.
