Introduction: When the compressed air is cooled, the water vapor contained in it will condense into liquid water, which will reduce the efficiency and reliability of compressed air. What's worse is that the moisture in the compressed air will affect the quality of your products. Using a cold dryer can help you remove liquid water from the air system.

1. Large area heat exchanger used. This design reduces the pressure loss inside the refrigeration dryer and improves the refrigeration effect.

2. There is no air source consumption. For most air source users, using a cold dryer saves more energy than using an adsorption dryer;

3. Built in drain valve: it can ensure that the water is separated from the system behind the evaporator. With the use of electronic drain valve with large flow and high efficiency, the separation effect is guaranteed.

4. No valve wear: it is unnecessary to add and replace adsorbent regularly,

8. There are no additional requirements for the pre-treatment of air source and supporting air compressor, and the general oil-water separator can meet the requirements of the air inlet quality of the cold dryer.

9. Refrigerant high/low pressure protection switch: the cold dryer has a perfect self-protection device to avoid damage to the refrigeration compressor. A high pressure protection switch will automatically shut down the dryer when the refrigerant pressure is too high, and a low pressure protection switch will automatically shut down when the refrigerant pressure is too low

10. The cold dryer has a "self-cleaning" effect on the exhaust gas, that is, the content of solid impurities in the exhaust gas is less;

11. While discharging condensate, some oil vapor can also be condensed into liquid oil mist and discharged with condensate.
