Shell: It is designed according to the industry standard. It is a refined 304 or 316 stainless steel sanitary shell with high-precision mechanical polishing inside and outside. The standard design pressure is 10bar.

Filter element: the fiber folding filter element with excellent performance is adopted, which has a large filtering area; The universal double O-ring is also used to make the sealing effect more reliable.

Sterilization filter element: steam resistant PTFE folding/PTFE hydrophobic filter element, which can filter bacteria, viruses and bacteriophages with a filtering accuracy of 0.01 um.

Sterilization method: sterilize with clean steam ≤ 130 ℃ once a week for 30 minutes, and 99+1% bacteria and various bacteriophages can be removed. The sterilization cycle can be determined according to the actual use. If the fermentation production is stable, regular sterilization can be adopted. The sterilization cycle can be set as one week, January or February. When the steam pressure is ≤ 0.02Mpa, the valve must be opened and closed slowly; Sterilization steam is saturated steam, and the sterilization process needs to be watched by special personnel.
