Product introduction
The micro heat regeneration adsorption dryer is an energy-saving product designed and developed by our company, which has reached the domestic industry level. This series of products has the advantages of thermal regeneration and non thermal regeneration. The regeneration gas is heated slightly, so as to reduce the consumption of regeneration gas and achieve the purpose of energy saving. It avoids the disadvantage of short switching time of heatless regeneration dryer. It is an economical energy-saving adsorption dryer in the purification industry and is widely used in metallurgy, power, electronics, food, chemical industry, petroleum, medicine, tobacco, instrument, automatic control and other industries.

working principle
This series of dryers combines the advantages of pressure swing adsorption and temperature swing adsorption. Adsorption (operation) under normal temperature and high water vapor partial pressure: analysis (regeneration) under high temperature and low water vapor partial pressure. The water absorbed by the adsorbent in the adsorption process is removed in the regeneration process by the combined action of thermal diffusion of regeneration gas (heated by dry air) and high pressure difference.
Instrument standard configuration
1. Left and right tower pressure gauges.
2. Temperature sensor
3. Controller filters and regulators are standard.
4. Intelligent PLC controller is adopted.

Operating conditions and technical indicators
Purge air: ≤ 4~6%
Working pressure: 0.6~1.0Mpa
In let oil content: ≤ 0.1mg/m3.
Out let air pressure dew point: - 40 ℃ - 70 ℃
Desiccant: Activated alumina
+Molecular sieve
Working periods: T=60~240 minutes (adjustable time).
In let temperature: 0 ℃~45 ℃.
