A. PLC control
The controller is a PLC controller independently developed by our company,
Make the equipment operate more stably,
It has higher reliability and stronger anti-interference ability.

B. Principle
Adsorption drying process:
The compressed air containing water flows through the adsorption tower with high-performance adsorbent,
The water in the compressed air is absorbed and dried by the adsorbent and flows to the gas terminal,
It is used by gas consuming points.

C. Advantages
1. Less regeneration gas: the air blown from the outside air by the high-pressure blower is used as regeneration gas, and only 1% of the compressed air of the dried product is used for cooling. The gas consumption is 1/15 of the heatless regeneration adsorption dryer and 1/6 of the micro heat regeneration dryer.
2. High pressure blower with high reliability, long service life and low noise is adopted.
3. High performance PLC is used as the control host with strong anti-interference ability to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment, and the operation status of the equipment can be monitored locally or remotely (communication interface can be provided for customers).
4. According to the adsorption characteristics of aluminum oxide and molecular sieve, the layering technology developed by our company makes the air preliminarily dry through aluminum oxide, reduces the water content in the air, and then deeply dries through molecular sieve to achieve the air quality with low dew point.
