Product features
The compressor waste heat dryer uses the waste heat of oil-free air compressor to heat and regenerate the adsorbent; Make full use of the waste heat in the compressed air system. Under the condition of not using the heating device, it can also achieve the effect of heating the dryer, fully showing its energy-saving characteristics. The dew point of the product gas can reach - 40 ℃. The self-developed PLC controller is more stable and reliable than the single chip microcomputer. The control valve adopts butterfly valve to ensure no fault switching for more than 1 million times. The advanced diverter design enables the compressed air to contact the adsorbent evenly, eliminating the phenomenon of channeling.

Unique tiering technology
The layering technology independently developed by the company makes the air preliminarily dried through aluminum oxide. After reducing the water content in the air, it is deeply dried through molecular sieve to achieve the air quality with low dew point.

working principle
The high-temperature air discharged from the air compressor has two properties: high heat and high unsaturation. The waste heat series products use this original compressed air to heat and regenerate the adsorbent, which saves the electric heating power consumption required by the micro heat dryer series and consumes the gas consumption at this stage. After the heating and regeneration, the original compressed air directly enters the water cooler for cooling and then enters the adsorption tower for adsorption to obtain the dried finished gas, We take 1.5% of the finished product gas for cold blowing regeneration of the heated adsorbent. After the cold blowing, the double tower switch is completed and the cycle is repeated.
