working principle:

1. When there is no pressure in the water cup, the float closes the inner chamber, the piston is pressed down by the spring, and the condensed water is discharged through the drain hole.

2. When there is pressure in the water cup, when the pressure is 1kgf/cm ² When above, the piston 8 is pressed upward against the spring, so the drain hole is closed and the inside of the water cup is isolated from the outside.

3. When there is condensed water in the water cup, when the condensed water is collected to a certain extent, the float rises due to buoyancy, opens the inner cavity hole, the pressure enters the inner cavity, the piston is pressed by the pressure and spring, and the condensed water is drained through the drain pipe.

matters needing attention:

1. The operating pressure is 1.0MPa (no higher than 1.0MPa).

2. The flow shall be greater than 400L/min and the pressure shall be above 0.15MPa.

3. The main components to be cleaned are fine filter screen and air release plate, which directly affect the piston action.

4. When installing drain pipes, pipes with an inner diameter of more than 10mm shall be used, and the length shall not exceed 5m. Do not bend the pipes upward.
