Features of water-cooled chillers

The water-cooled chiller cools the normal temperature water to the required temperature through the chiller to strengthen the cooling of the mold or machine. As a single machine, the radiator is a built-in fan. There are mainly three interconnected systems: refrigerant circulation system, water circulation system, and electrical automatic control system. The technology of multiple chillers is adopted to improve the performance of chillers.

1. Stable performance: multiple compressors are used in parallel, and each compressor has an independent refrigeration circuit, that is, the evaporator and condenser are also independent; All compressors are commanded by a unified microcomputer control system, and they are turned on and off one by one without mutual interference. In addition, the brand machines are all made of original equipment, and the single machine failure rate is extremely low. Considering the above reasons, this series of machines can be guaranteed to have a highly stable performance, and can be selected under the condition of continuous operation for a long time without purchasing other standby machines.
2. Power saving and energy saving: multiple medium and small power compressors are used in parallel, so that there is little interference to the power grid during startup and shutdown. With the change of load, the unit will automatically determine the number of startup, so as to ensure that the compressor is in good working condition, so as to save power.
3. Long service life: the evaporator and condenser are reasonably designed and placed above the compressor. During the whole operation, most of the oil always stays in the compressor to ensure good lubrication of the compressor.
4. Scope of application: plastic products, hardware, chemicals, electronics, food preservation, laser carving, vacuum coating, ultrasonic cleaning; High power chillers are widely used in hotels and office buildings as central air conditioners, plastic cooling, food preservation, bath temperature rise and fall, medical storage and other industries.
