working principle:

The automatic drainer with die cast aluminum shell is used, and a floating ball drainage system is installed inside. When the drainage buoyancy is smaller than the weight of the drainage float and the pressure exerted by the compressed air, the drainage outlet is closed; When the buoyancy rises, the drainage floating ball rises and the drainage outlet opens; When the condensed water is reduced, the drain is closed again, so as to circulate.

Maintenance:

Unscrew the manual drain button to let the water in the drainer flow out until the compressed air in the equipment enters the inner cylinder of the sphere for several minutes, and then close the button. If more than 0.5L of water liquid is discharged, it means that the automatic drainer is blocked, and the drainer shall be cleaned.
