The combined low dew point dryer is composed of a freezing dryer and an adsorption dryer (heatless or heated) through reasonable pipeline connection and volume matching. The freezing dryer has very strong water removal capacity, low operating energy consumption, and no air loss. It combines with the adsorption dryer to achieve a low dew point, giving full play to their advantages. Before the compressed air enters the adsorption dryer, the freezing dryer is used for pre-treatment, so that a large amount of water is removed in the freezing dryer first, and then enters the adsorption dryer for deep drying, which can achieve a very low pressure dew point, up to - 70 ℃. It makes use of the strong water removal capacity of the freezing dryer to greatly reduce the water inlet load of the drying tower. The water entering the adsorption tower after cold drying treatment is about 20% of that of the ordinary dryer. Under other conditions, the low dew point dry air used to absorb water vapor can also be reduced by the same extent. That is, the amount of regeneration gas is about 1/5 of that of ordinary adsorption dryers, which really creates conditions for reducing regeneration energy consumption, especially for saving regeneration gas energy consumption. Thus, the economic operation point and low dew point product gas are achieved.
