Introduction to the heatless module series adsorption dryer:

MD series module type heatless regeneration compressed air dryer produced by our company uses the principle of pressure swing adsorption and adopts countercurrent heatless regeneration to dry the compressed air. The structure is of double tower type. When one is adsorbed, the other is regenerated.


Cycle:

The non thermal type is 10~30 minutes, and the non thermal type is switched once every 5~15 minutes. The working cycle consists of a drying process with rising air flow and a regeneration process with falling air flow. During regeneration, a part (about 4~8%) of dried compressed air (heated by a heater) is introduced through orifice throttling, expansion and pressure reduction, and then enters the tower to desorb and blow out the moisture adsorbed in the desiccant. When the regeneration is switched to drying, the water in the compressed air is adsorbed on the desiccant again, so that the drying purpose can be achieved through circulating work.

The double towers of the modular adsorption dryer adopt multiple groups of large length diameter ratio adsorption chambers, adsorption module shunting and other ways to improve the adsorption and regeneration efficiency and miniaturize the equipment volume.
