After reducing the water content in the air, it is deeply dried through molecular sieve to achieve the air quality with low dew point.working principleThe high-temperature air discharged from the air compressor has two properties: high heat and high unsaturation. The waste heat series products use this original compressed air to heat and regenerate the adsorbent, which saves the electric heating power consumption required by the micro heat dryer series and consumes the gas consumption at this stage. After the heating and regeneration, the original compressed air directly enters the water cooler for cooling and then enters the adsorption tower for adsorption to obtain the dried finished gas, We take 1.5% of the finished product gas for cold blowing regeneration of the heated adsorbent.
