Precautions for use of cold dryer

Several precautions for the use of the cold dryer?

1. Do not put it in a place exposed to sunlight, rain, wind or relative humidity greater than 85%. Do not place it in the environment with much dust, corrosive or flammable gas. Do not place it in a place where there is danger of vibration and freezing of condensed water. Don't get too close to the wall to avoid poor ventilation. It is not necessary to use it in the environment with corrosive gas. The dryer with copper tube and rust prevention treatment or stainless steel heat exchanger shall be selected. It shall be used at ambient temperature below 40 ℃.

2. Do not connect the inlet of compressed air wrongly. In order to facilitate maintenance, a bypass pipe shall be set to ensure maintenance space. Prevent the vibration of the air compressor from being transmitted to the dryer. The weight of piping shall not be directly added to the dryer.

3. The drain pipe shall not stand up and shall not be folded or flattened.

4. The allowable fluctuation of power supply voltage is less than ± 10%. Earth leakage circuit breaker with appropriate capacity shall be set. Grounding is required before use.

5. When the inlet temperature of compressed air is too high, the ambient temperature is too high (above 40 ℃), the service flow exceeds the rated air handling volume, the voltage fluctuation exceeds ± 10%, and the ventilation is too poor (air change is required in winter, otherwise the room temperature will rise), the protection circuit will play a role, the indicator light will go out, and the operation will stop.

6. When the air pressure is higher than 0.15 MPa, the outlet of the normally open automatic drainer can be closed. When the water displacement of the air compressor is too small, the water outlet is open and air is blown out.

7. The quality of compressed air is poor. If dust and oil are mixed, these dirt will adhere to the heat exchanger, reducing its working efficiency, and the drainage is also easy to fail. It is expected to set a filter at the inlet of the dryer and make sure that the water is drained at least once a day.

8. The vent of the dryer shall be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner once a month.

9. Connect the power supply, and then connect the compressed air after the operation is stable. After stopping operation, wait for more than 3min before starting again.

10. If the automatic drainer is used, check whether its drainage function is normal. Clean the dust on the condenser frequently. Check the refrigerant pressure frequently to determine whether the refrigerant leaks and whether the capacity of the refrigerator changes. Check whether the temperature of discharged condensate is normal.
